ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who has been appointed as BT Assistant (Social Science/History) in the third respondent school, seeking a mandamus to approve his appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, he was appointed as BT Assistant (Social Science/History) in the third respondent school on 03.06.2019 and the third respondent school has submitted a proposal to the respondents 1 and 2 herein for approval. Though it was returned by the authorities, the same has been resubmitted by the third respondent school on 13.09.2024. Sofar, the respondents have not passed any orders. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the respondents 1 and 2 herein are directed to consider the said proposal submitted by the third respondent school and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
