COMMON ORDER These two Civil Revision Petitions have been posted under the caption "for dismissal", since there was no representation for the revision petitioners, on the earlier hearing date ie. 09.10.2023. Today (ie.11.10.2023), also there is no representation on bahalf of the revision petitioners in both the Civil Revision Petitions.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent alone is present. Since this civil revision petitions are of the year 2017 & 2018 respectively and there is no representation for the petitioners today and also in the previous hearing, this Court is of the view that no purpose will be served to keep the civil revision petitions. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss these civil revision petitions.
3. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
