O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the impugned summon in Reg.No.C.No.G3/E-3178996/1702/RMD/2022 dated 21.03.2022 issued by the first respondent under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C.,

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that now, case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.510 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) & 506(2) of IPC. Hence, the petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
