O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.01.2017 made in I.A.No.554 of 2016 in O.S.No.63 of 2012, on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Aruppukottai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner though would object the reopen by filing the Revision Petition, would fairly concede that he did not want to object the re-open and prayed to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to give a direction to the Court below without going into the merits of the case. 2/4

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Court below is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
