This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry is pending. He seeks two weeks time to complete the investigation. He would further submit that the Petitioner did not appear for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
