O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15280 of 2018 was passed on 29.08.2018. However, even prior to the order being passed, the respondents have completed the investigation and filed the final report as early as on 21.01.2017 along with a report deleting the name of one Sathyamoorthy, who was originally arrayed as an accused in the First Information Report. However, this fact was not brought to the knowledge of the Court at the time of the disposal of the Criminal Original Petition(MD) No.15280 of 2018. Cont.P(MD)No.1752 of 2019 contempt. He would submit that since the name of the one of the accused has been deleted, notice has been ordered to the petitioner/defacto complainant and also to the remaining accused by the concerned Magistrate and the matter is pending in M.P.No.767/2020.
