ORDER

Aggrieved by the fact that his review petition is pending before the 1st respondent from 06.08.2024 and the 4th respondent is taking steps to encumber the property by misusing the patta, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited request, a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's review petition in e-2360716 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
