When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the main suit in O.S.No.140 of 2009, filed before the I Additional District Court (PCR), Tiruchirappalli, is disposed of on merits. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
