Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate action against the 5th respondent and similar organizations across the State of Tamil Nadu for unauthorizedly conducting the State Level Adimurai Silambam events in violation to the directives issued by this Court in W.P.No.3447 of 2019 dated 19.01.2022 and in violation to the guidelines issued by the 2nd respondent dated 19.09.2023 and consequently to forbear the 5th respondent from conducting the unauthorized State Level Adimurai Silambam events scheduled on 27.10.2024, based on petitioners representation date 04.10.2024.
