Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus call for the records of the 1st respondent relating to its impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.103 dated 07/05/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay statutory interest for the belated payment of pay arrears, special Provident Fund, Pension arrears, surrender of earned leave, balance of 4% gratuity payment and commutation of pension etc., within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
