ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2024.
2. In the light of the categoric order passed in the earlier proceedings viz., W.P.(MD) No.15754 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024, wherein the learned Judge had observed that if before the proposed date of survey, the objector is unable to obtain any injunction order, the survey can very well go on, this Court cannot pass a contradictory order. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to obtain orders from the civil Court. It is needless to state that the survey to be conducted would in no manner affect the merits of the suit.
