C.R.P.(MD) No.2796 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI , J.

By order dated 05.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.885 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.3885/2025, dated 14.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 05.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 05.11.2024.
