ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) Heard Mr.C.M.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and we find that this writ petition cannot be entertained as a Public Interest Litigation. There is a grievance redressal mechanism available which can be availed by the petitioner and the first authority whom he has to approach is the Principal District Judge and it is for the Principal District Judge to take appropriate action to call upon the Public Works Department to maintain the building, if it is not being done, it is open to the Principal District Judge to exercise powers in her administrative capacity to get things rectified. We cannot issue any direction as sought for in this writ petition.
