Respondent/Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India , praying this court to set aside the order passed in I.A No.499 of 2015 in O.S No.142 of 2011 , dated 12.01.2016, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 12.01.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Virudhunagar and forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge , Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur vide the letter in D.No.323 / 2024 dated 10.01.2024, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for trial Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 12.01.2022, directed the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.142 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, has submitted a requisition dated 10.01.2024 through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, stating that the case is pending for steps for the deceased third defendant.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant three months further time. Accordingly, three months further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.142 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
