ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners to surrender before the learned II Additional Sessions Court, PCR Act Cases, Tirunelveli in connection with Crime No.470 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police and file an application for the grant of bail on the same day and in the event of filing the same, the said application may be directed to be considered on the same day on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that originally the offences mentioned in Crime No.470 of 2023 is altered. The alteration report is filed before the concerned Court deleting the offences under the Provisions of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2/4

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner can approach the concerned Court.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
