ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.17377 of 2024.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the order, dated 20.11.2024 and would submit that in compliance of the order of this Court, dated 29.07.2024, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law and further submit that this order has been communicated to the petitioner through registered post with acknowledgement.

3. In view of the above facts, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
