This petition has been filed to produce the body or person of the detenue, Mukesh, S/o.Prakash, aged about 46 years, who has been missing from 08.11.2019 before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the son of the petitioner involved in so many crimes. Presently, he involved in a crime in the State of Uthrakhand and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
