No.272 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to give police protection for handing over the possession by the DCB Bank Ltd, Thillai Nagar, Trichy to the successful E-Auction purchaser related to the property situated in Old 1/4
No.5/7, New D.No.5/14, Old S.F. No.171/5, New S.F. No.171/19, Murungapettai, Mutharasanallur, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District to an extent of 0.09 Cents.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd Respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner Bank vide C.S.R. No.272 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to give police protection for handing over the possession by the DCB Bank Ltd, Thillai Nagar, Trichy to the successful E-Auction purchaser related to the property situated in Old No.5/7, New D.No.5/14, Old S.F. No.171/5, New S.F. No.171/19, Murungapettai, Mutharasanallur, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, to an extent of 0.09 Cents.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given representation to the respondent police seeking police protection setting out various grounds. Since the same was not 2/4
considered till date, he has come forward with this petition. 3.Let the said representation be disposed of by the respondent police on its own merits, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
