Respondent PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to reclassify petitioner's land comprised in Survey Nos.6/1D situated at Kadavur Village, Chatrapatti Post, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District as dry home site and thereby to refix the compensation amount proportionate to the actual extent of 160 Sq.meter as equal and on part with the compensation fixed for the adjacent land.

ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition with the same plea after enclosing patta and other relevant documents showing revenue classification of the land which according to writ petitioner belongs to him and was acquired.
2. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file. Endorsement is reiterated.
3. Permitted to withdraw.
4. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn albeit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
