[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.
2.The petitioner seeks a Mandamus, for removal of alleged encroachment made by the fifth respondent in the Government cart track in Survey Nos.189/2 and 190 of Narasingapuram Village, Athoor Taluk, 3.Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader would upon instructions submit that the authorities have already taken action for removal of encroachment and have issued notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 on 05.09.2024. He would also submit that proper follow up action will also be ensured.
4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
