ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file final report on the basis of the First Information Report in Crime No.792 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.792 of 2023 on 05.09.2023 for the alleged offence under Section 380 IPC.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that 2 witnesses have been examined and investigation is pending and seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.792 of 2023 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
