PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 1st respondent vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 10495/N3/2017 dated 23.08.2024 and quash the same as illegal and further directing the 4th respondent to release the Document No. 1134 of 2015 dated 05.03.2015. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 23.08.2024 and direct the 4th respondent to release the Document No. 1134 of 2015 dated 05.03.2015.

3. At the outset, this writ petition is not maintainable. Challenging the order passed by the appellate authority against the order passed under Section 47A of the Stamp Act, only an appeal is maintainable. Hence, 2/4

the petitioner shall file an appeal, if he is advised.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.10.2024 Note: Registry to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner by 24.10.2024, after retaining the photocopy of the same.
