2. The petitioner is an aided minority institution. It challenges the staff fixation order dated 26.12.2018 issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari. This Court granted an interim order of stay on 25.11.2019. To vacate the same, the State filed petition. I need not go into the merits of the matter. The subject-matter relates to the academic year 2018-2019. We are now in 2023. Staff fixation must have been done for the subsequent years. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition has become infructuous and it stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
