Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks reimbursement of the expenses incurred by her in connection with COVID treatment. The petitioner has enclosed the proceedings dated 25.07.2022 issued by the second respondent. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law. If the petitioner has to furnish any further particulars, the same will have to be furnished. The petitioner will be entitled to reimbursement of the eligible amount. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of.
