This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry is pending. He seeks two weeks time to report further developments.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported ruling of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1.
