This review application has been filed to set aside the order made in C.R.P(MD).No.2048 of 2009 dated 31.01.2017 by allowing this Review Application.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that this review application has been rendered infructuous by subsequent events that the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2009, filed before the trial Court has already been disposed of. Therefore, there is no reason for further adjudication in this case.
