ORDER

The review application is directed against the order passed in CRP. (MD)No.156 of 2017 dated 27.01.2017.

2.It is evident from the records that the petitioner/defendant filed an application for the reception of additional documents and the same was allowed, that the respondent/plaintiff challenged the said order in CRP. (MD)No.156 of 2017 and the same was allowed and hence, the present review application came to be filed challenging the order dated 27.01.2017.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing this review application, the suit in O.S.No.104 of 1998 itself was disposed of on 04.11.2020 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

4.Recording the above submission, this review application is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
