Challenging the notice of the first respondent to survey his land in S.No.71/5A1A of Dombucherry Village, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District, on the representation of the second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. It is informed by Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, that the first respondent does not propose to proceed with the survey.
