ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's husband, namely, S.Kumar aged about 45 years.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.490 of 2019. After conducting enquiry, the respondent police found that the petitioner's husband borrowed amount from various persons and escaped from the locality. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.490 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
