ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.32 of 2018, dated 04.07.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged the complaint in C.C.No.32 of 2018 under the Negotiable Instruments Act as against the third respondent herein. Thereafter, the third respondent did not appear before the trial Court and as such, the trail Court, namely, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar issued bailable warrant on 04.07.2019 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant issued as against the third respondent in C.C.No.32 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL.O.P.(MD).No.17413 of 2019 of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate the second respondent to furnish the correct address of the third respondent.
4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
