This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the Petitioner from the 4th Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry had been conducted in CSR.No.133 of 2022 and the same was closed, as it is a civil dispute regarding money.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner and the fourth Respondent are directed to seek their remedy through the Civil Court.
