Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue a 'Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner in respect of missing sale deed, dated 23.07.1980, Document No.939/1980 of the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2019 within a stipulated time.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed directing the 3rd respondent to issue 'Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner in respect of missing sale deed, dated 23.07.1980, vide document No.939/1980 based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2019 within a stipulated time.
2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 06.03.2019 alleging that he lost the original documents. On receipt of the same, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.24784 of 2019 third respondent did not even issued any CSR or any 'Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not cooperate for the enquiry and hence, the same is pending. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry with the third respondent and to produce the copy of the necessary documents before the third respondent. After completion of enquiry the third respondent is directed to issue 'Non Traceable Certificate' within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
