JUDGMENT

2.We have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The impugned order is dated 7.3.2013. By efflux of time, there should be subsequent developments, since the parties are directed to agitate their claims before the Civil Court. 4.At this juncture, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Writ Court. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
