3.Arunachalam : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter by name Madhumitha, daughter of Mamangarasu, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA., J) The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce her daughter, viz., Madhumitha, aged 17 years, who was found missing from 10.11.2019. Therefore, she has preferred a complaint on the same day to the respondent police. Since no action seems to have been taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

H.C.P.(MD)No.1244 of 2019 Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered on 21.11.2019. While so, the detenue herself appeared before the respondent police on 25.01.2020 and made a statement to the effect that she was not kidnapped by anyone and she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother/petitioner herein. 3.Today, the petitioner and the detenue were present before this Court. When we enquired the detenu, she expressed her willingness to go along with her mother/petitioner. 4.Recording the statement made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
