2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to our notice that the petitioner/appellant died as early as on 05.02.2022 and no steps were taken thereafter. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant produced the death certificate before this Court.
3. In view of the above, the order dated 28.09.2022 shall stand recalled and this review application stands closed as abated. No Costs"
