ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as his family members life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17375 of 2019 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioners, the third respondent issued C.S.R.No.27 of 2019, and enquiry is under process. He also submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 7 with regard to purchase of land, in which, the sale consideration is due.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the private respondents and proceed further in accordance with law.
