Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R2 to R7 and Ms.Sapna, learned counsel for M/s.Ajmal Associates, who accepts notice for R1 and whose vakalat shall be represented, have no objection for condonation of delay of 40 & 168 days in filing the writ appeals.

2. Hence and also for the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavits, the delay of 40 & 168 days in filing the writ appeals is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

3. Let the writ appeals be numbered if they are otherwise in order and be listed for admission in due course.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for hearing. The names of the learned counsel who have entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
