Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.13377 of 2024:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondent No.1 and 2 herein to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries in respect of the property comprised in Old Sur.Nos. 86J/1/P/12/P, New T.S.No.10,11,15,101 and 100 situated at Ward No.2, Block No.22, Southern Part, Periyakadai Street, Pattukottai Town Thanjavur District with the aid of the respondent No.3 and consequently direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to issue survey report within a stipulated time period in accordance with law on the basis of the application dated 22.03.2024.
