O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had taken part in the subject recruitment process. He applied for the post of PG Assistant (English). The petitioner questions the correctness of the key answers.

3. I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the simple reason that the petitioner has come to the Court belatedly. The doctrine of laches is squarely applicable to the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.25868 OF 2022 case on hand. The selection list was issued on 17.09.2022. The appointment orders were issued on 14.10.2022. This writ petition has been filed a full one month later. While allowing another case filed by a candidate for the post of PG Assistant (English), I had clearly stated that the relief granted therein would be confined to the concerned petitioner alone. I do not want to open floodgates. This writ petition stands dismissed for the very same reason.

4. I make it clear that dismissal of the writ petition will not mean that the petitioner's grievance is not justified. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps. are closed. 15.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PMU 3/4
