ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to grant ordinary leave for 30 days to the son of the petitioner, Prabhu, who is life convict No. 6034 and now confined at Central Prison, Madurai. 2/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of the order of the first respondent dated 26.10.2024 in No.750/cj.2/2024 by which the representation was rejected.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition against the aforementioned order in the manner known to law. No costs.
