When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.03.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo, dated 22.03.2024 reporting "No Instruction". Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to 1/4

print the name of the appellant in the cause list and posted the matter on 26.03.2024. Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.03.2024. On the said date, even after printing the name of the appellant, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence the matter was posted on 27.03.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on the side of the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the sole respondent is present before this Court.
