ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.09.2024 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioner has given another complaint, on that basis CSR.No.393 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent in the petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
