DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Friday, the Eighteenth day of February Two Thousand Twenty Two and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First Instance and the materials papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.Haja Mohideen, Advocate for the Appellant, Mr.K.Vamanan, Advocate for Respondents No.2 to 6, while dismissing the appeal this Court doth order and decree as follows:

i)That the decree and judgment in A.S.No.42 of 2011 passed by the Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, Pudukottai District dated 11.10.2013 confirming the decree and judgment in O.S.No.152 of 2007 passed by the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi dated 25.02.2011, be and hereby are confirmed.
