ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader brought to my notice that the writ petitioner herein had earlier filed W.P(MD)No.21299 of 2023. The prayer in the said writ petition and the present writ petition are one and the same. The earlier writ petition had already been disposed of. But the order copy is yet to be uploaded.

2. I went through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. There is no reference to the filing of the earlier writ petition. 2/4

3. On these twin grounds, this writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition after proper disclosure of all the relevant facts. There shall be no order as to costs.
