To call for records in Cr.M.P.No.229 of 2017 in M.C.No.7 of 2010 by the Family Court, Dindigul dated 13.12.2018 and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of None appeared for the respondent either in person or through by an advocate, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 187 days in representing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.RC(MD)SR No.11464 of 2019 before this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.There is no representation for the respondent. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10913 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
