This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.395 of 2023.

2. During the pendency of this Writ Petition, the parties were referred to mediation and they had arrived at a settlement. A joint memo was also filed by the petitioner and the second respondent in this petition.
