[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1247 of 2014, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has been granted temporary appointment vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.86/m1/2024, dated 29.04.2025 and the confirmation of appointment is subject to the outcome of the review application filed against the order, dated 09.10.2023.
3.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed.
