ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenue and produce the body of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Suguna, D/o.Karuppasamy, aged about 19 years.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that the petitioner's daughter was missing and as such, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.391 of 2019, by the respondent police. After investigation, the respondent police found that the petitioner's daughter eloped with third respondent and also married him, but, their whereabouts are not known.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.17329 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.391 of 2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
