PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue/petitioner's daughter namely Karishma, D/o.Kanaraj aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty. O R D E R

The petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue complaining that her daughter Karishma who is aged about 21 years had been missing from 09.10.2024.

2. The respondents were able to produce the detenue Karishma . She had come along with her husband Loganthan with whom she claims to have married. She is now staying with her husband and his family. When we asked, she refused to meet her mother and she also does not want to talk with her.

3. At the present juncture we hope that let the matter after some time the family will be united.

4. No further orders are required to be passed. Hence the petition stands closed.
