ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner was employed as Physical Education Teacher in the Government School. He retired long back. The petitioner's husband suffered from ailments and took treatment in Velammal Medical College Hospital, Madurai. However, he died on 08.10.2019. The petitioner claims to have spent a sum of Rs.2,30,825.15/-. She wants reimbursement of the same. The petitioner's claim was processed and sent to the 7th respondent. Vide 2/4

communication dated 17.07.2020, he returned the same on the ground that certain particulars are required. The copy of the said communication has now been served on the petitioner's counsel.

3. The petitioner is permitted to furnish the particulars sought for before the 4th respondent. Within two weeks after receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall forward the same to the 7th respondent. The 7th respondent shall process the same and disburse the eligible amount to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
